Study Description
Aims:
1. Analysis of feasibility to generate VSTs in cGMP from long-term frozen MNC frozen by four different institutions using four different cryopreservation methods.
2. Identification of best cryopreservation strategy, defined by criteria of viability and potency, to store MNC ready for VST generation in cGMP to treat two relevant types of infection affecting immunosuppressed patients.
