We are sorry to announce that the in-person meeting planned for Cocoa Beach, Florida was canceled due to Hurricane Ian. AABB has also announced the cancellation of their meeting that was immediately following.
The Hilton Garden Inn has canceled all room reservations made in our block, but we recommend verifying individually. We are sorry but we are unable to verify individual hotel reservation cancellations.
We are holding this meeting in a Zoom Events format with the same agenda and in East Coast Time. Pre-registration is required using the individual email sent to each member and approved guest.
