  • Concurrently to the election of new President, the Call for Applications for the next term Scientific membership is open now. All current Scientific Members also must submit applications. The application period will close at the close of business 20 June 2022. We encourage you to invite your colleagues who may be interested in applying. The Fall 2022 Meeting is confirmed for Cocoa Beach, Florida 28-29 Sept 2022

Updates:

  • The meeting will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton-Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach, Florida, prior to the AABB Annual Meeting in Orlando
  • Cocoa Beach is located on the Space Coast, easily accessible from Orlando
  • The hotel reservation link is now available in the BEST Members area - you can book your rooms now!
  • The BEST Dinner will be held at the Kennedy Space Center- we hope to see you all there!

The Spring 2023 Meeting will now be held on 28-29 March in Tokyo, Japan

Important News

  • Dates have been set for the meeting to be held at the Japanese Red Cross Society Headquarters. Note that this is a Tuesday-Wednesday configuration.
  • No room block is being arranged.
  • A half-day education event is being planned for Monday, 27 March 2023. Details will follow at a later date.
